Fix/#50 split tests (#54)

* Separate integration and unit tests
Split NYC configuration to own file.
Create different mocha option files for unit and integration tests.
Remove unused imports
Moved test server instantiation from source to tests.
Update test login queries with new seed user.

* Enable intergration tests on travis

* Clean up format of unit tests

* Refactor intergration tests
Remove xmlhttprequest package and use Node.js http.request() instead.
Add request() helper function to query the test server.
Refactor tests to use above mentioned function.

* Bumb dependencies
