Fix for "Cannot read property 'targetResponse' of null" error

If you run `npm update` on this project it will pull in the v2.3.1 version of microgateway-core, and then you will get the following response from SSO: `{"message":"Cannot read property 'targetResponse' of null"}`  This change pulls in a working version of the microgateway-core project.
