Remove Github pages from Dashboard

This removes the Github Issue and Milestone pages from the Dashboard.
It takes a sweep and removes all visible references.

The API keys in the config file are left because they relate to the
API (used elsewhere) rather than the removed pages.

NOTE: This has not yet been tested and must be run in a staging
environment to ensure all is well before making live.
