vendor: gopher-cloud: Revendor using new repo

The gophercloud repository has moved from github.com/rackspace/gophercloud
to github.com/gophercloud/gophercloud.  This commit revendors gophercloud
to the latest version of the code (d5eda97) stored in
github.com/gophercloud/gophercloud.  Unfortunately, this required code
changes to ciao:

- The import paths of the gophercloud packages have changed and some of the
  packages have been relocated in the new repo.
- There are API breaks. Some fields have been renamed, e.g,
  CreatedData->CreatedAt, some methods have moved package, e.g.,
  imagedata.Download.  There have also been changes to the JSON
  accepted by gophercloud.  Most but not all the changes are related to the
  image service.
