v0.4.0

the automatic id generation now works in the reducer, and does so
without any flags needing to turn it on

update and delete now take `where` objects rather than object ids, which
also allows for multiple objects to be updated and deleted in one call

renamed the bulkUpdate functions to be bulkCreate, as that is what they
actually do
