Added support for serializing/deserializing plain objects with keys that have value undefined via JSON.stringify(...).  JSON.stringify leaves these keys out, so have to replace with a magic value.  This is required because the patch represents removed properties in a plain object with the property name as a key with the undefined value. (#4)
