thrift: Drop /yarpc from the package path (#680)

This changes the ThriftRW plugin to generate code under `${service}server` and
`${service}client` packages, dropping the /yarpc/ from the package path.

There are two reasons for this:

-   The package path is already quite verbose
-   UberFx uses the same plugin to generate their code, so it has no reason to
    be in a yarpc subpackage
