Endpoint (#18)

* Add support for graylog servers with non-standard API endpoint + Add __str__ method for GraylogAPI

* Update README to reflect new --end-point parameter

* Fix existing tests and add a test for using  endpoint='api'

* Add test for GraylogAPI.__str__ method and fix related bug

* - Prefer endpoint over end-point (incl in README)
- test api_from_config
- set default endpoint to be "/" rather than None
- parse endpoint in init to enforce /api form (as opposed to api/ or /api/)
- PEP8'ing
