steveyenMB-21486 - on CAS conflicts, retry node Cfg unregistrations When cbgt is running with the metakv (ns-server) Cfg backend, it may see CAS conflict errors more often than with other Cfg backends. This change adds a retry loop when there's a CAS conflict error to the node removal/unregistration codepaths.
