Ignore formats other than plain text in primary selection

LibreOffice Calc provides even images in primary selection buffer and
selections can be really big. This can result in big image data being
generated and transferred to CopyQ automatically after selection is
made which makes Calc freeze for a moment.

This fix makes the clipboard monitor ask only for plain text data when
primary selection changes.

Fixes #580
