This PR was merged into the 2.0-dev branch.

Discussion
----------

The MoneyType and related DataTransformers now use the PhpMoney library for
handling money amounts.

- The precision (scale) and devisor options are removed as this is now handled by
the money library.
- MoneyValueComparison now allows to increase by cents or full amounts
- Some problems with space grouped money amounts are fixed (edge case)
- Only export currency when it was actually provided (feature)
