Fixed two issues when inserting new rooms:

- new rooms are now always drawn above all existing rooms (this required to implement an option to make rendering synchronous if desired)
- If the user kept the left mouse button down and moved the mouse, the whole app went crazy, this is now fixed, although it does not look to nice right now (the room stops to move while the mouse button is pressed
