Implement improve-#90, generalize preprocessor

Why:

Allow to specify a special preprocessor

Side effects:

Not backward compatible, all the PreForM.py specific options are now
generic *preprocessor* options:

+ -preprocessor, is passed without value activate PreForM.py, if a value
is passed it assumed to be the preprocessor executable;
+ -dpp, --preprocessor_dir, Directory containing the sources processed by preprocessor;
+ -epp, --preprocessor_ext, List of custom-defined file extensions to be preprocessed by preprocessor.

A new build test (24) has been added.
