Commit Message

add NEW_RELIC_LICENSE_KEY to match NEW_RELIC_APP_NAME. these environment variables were copied directly from New Relic docs on configuration in other languages. add documentation to this package about the environment variables. update fallback application_name and license values in the local.dist to match the fallback values in the module config.
