Read ~/.timeboxrc instead of ~/.timebox.conf on Unix

The Windows script reads configuration from ~/.timeboxrc but the Unix
oen reads from ~/.timebox.conf. Resolve this inconsistency by reading
configuration from ~/.timeboxrc in Unix as well.
