Minor improvements to sample Cakefiles (#130)

* Minor improvements to sample Cakefiles

- forced conversion to string for ‘iOSdeploymentTarget’ and ‘currentSwiftVersion’ internal variables;
- put company identifier in a global variable for better readability (used to construct bundle identifiers for targets);
- put development team identifier in a global variable for better readability (used for setting automated signing in Xcode 8 for targets);
- brought ‘testSuffix’ internal variable to the top.

* Regenerated project file with new sample app Cakefile

* Minor fixes in Cakefiles

+ regenerated sample app project again
