Adds Ebert support

This commit has a lot of chages made to frontend management and linting.
Integrates a lot of tools, also fixes linting issues.

Changes:
1. Adds `Ebert` support, provides config via `ebert.yaml`
2. Adds `Yarn` support, also provides `yarn.lock`
3. Adds new badge to the `README.md` with the `Ebert` status
4. Fixes an issue on the speakers page, when the boxes had unequal sizes
5. Adds `js` and `scss` linters, provides configs for them
6. Fixes the style issues for the project
