nednISSUE-71: implement saving of record time in ArchivedHTTPResponse. This change allows to save time of all requests into response data and retrieve it at replay time to match record date. This is useful in deterministic.js to properly adjust fixed Date objects and not to confuse pages which assume that the current date is not too old. Also we maintain backward compatibility with existing archives by using the same pre-seeded date back from 2008 if we do not find record time field in archived response.
