Custom events (#60)

* Implement xml and json formats for custom help command. Still needs txt and md formats. Also, currently defined as my-help; must be able to use it to replace actual Symfony help command.

* Support custom events that commandfiles can define as needed.

* Rename helpDocumentAlter method to helpAlter, and call private static functions with self:: instead of static::, per Scrutinizer.
