* Add uhttp client that wraps http client with tracing filter for outbound context propagation

* Append tracing filter always and formatting fixes

* Add license headers

* Handle missed span inject error

* Remove test println, move imports around

* Fix context comment and check slice len instead of nil

* Add context tests
