osprepare: Install ovmf from system packages

OVMF bios is required to boot uefi instances like
clearlinux and the cnci vm.

ClearLinux provides /usr/share/qemu/OVMF.fd in kvm-host bundle
Ubuntu provides /usr/share/OVMF/OVMF_CODE.fd in ovmf package
Fedora provides /usr/share/edk2/ovmf/OVMF_CODE.fd in edk2-ovmf package

This change makes osprepare install the required ovmf package
depending of the distribution where its running.
