feat(runTests): better reporting, improve ".runTests"

make runTests return empty array if everything is okey. if some of the tests fails, result has that
tests - their title and their index. result array also has ".tests" property which is the count of
all tests - so easily you can do "res.tests - res.length" to find how many tests failed

if you pass boolean "true" to runTests you will get TAP-like output of all of the tests
