Bug fix for pipelines with high scores

We’ve always used `-5000.` as a “worst-case” score for an invalid
pipeline. For some data sets, even a good score can fall below
`-5000.`, which causes issues for how we treat invalid pipelines.

In this bug fix, I’ve changed `-5000.` to `-float(‘inf’)`, which
represents the worst possible score a pipeline can achieve. Hopefully
we don’t run into any data sets where -infinity is still a good score!
