Forward nested assets paths to webpack-dev-server

Fixes a bug where a request for an asset path like: /assets/fonts/some-font.woff2
would not respond with a redirect in development because

`get "assets/:asset"` in the Plug router does not match nested paths like
the above. A glob pattern is not used instead.
