Enable Floating Point (#288)

Floating point is not supported in the VMM, but libc++ does have
floating point operations that we may not be able to avoid. This
patch at least enables the use of floating point encase it is
used under the hood by libc++.

This code has been tested by running floating point code in the
vmcall handlers.

This code also cleans up a couple more flags that really should
have been enabled. For example, the page_global_enable flag
will be needed at some point, and write_protect should also
have been enabled.
