Major overhaul: using temporary location for files (#15)

* feat: use tmp location for cache files

This module now serves as a better abstraction for working with cache files for project dependency trees.
Rather than requiring an absolute pathname, it will instead take the project root and compute a location
in the OS tmp directory.

As of now, there is no intention of making this customizable, as it's meant to be unobtrusive. I consider
this approach a big experiment.

* chore: remove rimraf as dev dep

* chore(load): do not use options object, just pass root directly

* docs: update readme
