[GH-42] Add Unity Consistency Group Support. (#43)

Add following operations for `UnityConsistencyGroup`.
* list all cg.
* add lun(s) to cg.
* remove lun(s) from cg.
* add/remove/set host access(s) to cg.
* rename cg.
* list cg snapshots.
* create cg snapshot.
* restore snapshot.

The attach/detach snapshot logic is shared by the operations in snapshots.

Enhance `get_hlu` to support getting hlu of a member in cg snap.
