Execute do while adding command to simulate (#75)

* Pipette simulates _do() everytime Pipette creates a Command

* removed unused import

* pipette doesn't move plunger or head while simulating in real-time

* InstrumentMotor has simulate() and live() methods

* using Mock() in plunger.simulate()

* moved mock instantiation to happen once
