- added content for reading phase
- created jinja2 filter and extension to render markdown in jinja2 templates

- changed subject api and removed assignment_name and external_id
- added terminal coverage report along with xml report
- refactored postdata_copy function
- added exception handling to the experiment.

- added 400 status_code to experiment errors responses
- renamed markdown.py to markdown_ext b/c of naming import conflicts
- added test subjects to database for testing
- added a database session test fixture for querying the database
- added doctest option to pytest
