Big reorganization to allow customizable callback configurations based on "events".
- Callbacks are organized by event
- Events are triggered by calling Event.emit(), and may be sub-classes to add special behavior
- A CallbackRegistry stores one or more events as attributes
- The current functionality is implemented using "on_call", "on_return", and "on_exception" events
- ids are now generated based on the callback rather than uuids, so that callbacks can be removed without storing the returned id
- added python3 support
