Quizmaster must be able to create a quiz (#47)

* Created a test
* Renamed 'add_quiz' to 'create_quiz'
* Forgot to rename the path on the button on the index page
* Refactored test
* New view for 'add_questions'
* Changed the plan, using the same view for both creating quiz and adding questions
* refactored step def for logged in
* removed comments
* Commented out the form thats gonna be used for the next feature
* Commented out not used function ..yet
* Sad path testing and refactoring 'get_scores' function
