Refactor and optimize the codebase compliant with (node 4.50) (#61)

* chore(util, helpers): Refactor util and helperjs files
  - Remove uneccesary iffes
  - Replace var with const and let
  - Restructure exports to cater for single importaion
  - Refactors checkProperties function to ensure validity of rules passed∑

* chore(nacl): Refactor nacl.js
  - Replace var with let and const
  - Restructure function for single import and export
  - Reduce unccesary processing in config function
  - Add comments for readability purpose
  - Ignore docs and coverage in docker build

* feat(nacl, helper, utils): Use Map to destructure rules
  - Add use of Map with checkpProperties method
  - Removes getGroup methods, used map.prototype.get
  - Modify tests to accomodate new changes
