feat(services): implementation of "routing" part of the TourOfHeroes

The routing step of the TourOfHeroes lead to a lot of refactor. I try to keep it readable in the commit log. To generate the two new component, I've used the CLI command `ng g c dashboard` and `ng g c heroes`. The routing companion module has been created manually.

The default google .clang-format have been added for those who want to use clang formatter. The CLI has also been updated, so a modification of the `npm test` have been made to generate coverage report.
