Commit Message

Change decode of SUPER raw non-Unicode characters

outside the valid unicode range.  In non-relaxed mode fail now to parse such
SUPER characters,  because "A string is a sequence of zero or more Unicode
characters" RFC 7159 section 1 and "JSON text SHALL be encoded in Unicode
RFC 7159 section 8.1.  We use now the UTF8_DISALLOW_SUPER flag when parsing
unicode.
Fixes the i_string_not_in_unicode_range spectest, #72
