Fix apparmor profile for needle caching (#971)

Flock was missing, and the /var/lib/openqa/cache directory has now
the right permissions to be ran on a clean installation, the worker
must have write permissions to that directory. If another directory
is going to be used as cache, then the apparmor profile must be
adjusted accordingly.
