DEC-1127:
-While researching this, I found that when honeypot throws an exception or otherwise does not render a 200, the job would be completed in the queue, ie it would not get retried later. Fixed this by using a custom faraday response handler that throws exceptions. I also changed the
-I also changed SaveMediaThumbnail since this is duplicating the behavior of SaveHoneypotImage
-I also went back and changed BuzzMedia to follow this pattern in an attempt to dry up our handling of faraday exception handling
