Commit Message

ciao-storage: do not use rbd import

Instead of using rbd import to create volumes from images,
use qemu-img convert. Launcher needs a filesystem to boot
from, and rdb import simply gets the data as is from the file.
qemu-img convert converts the qcow into rdb format.
