feat(multiple-components): add multiple-components of the TourOfHeroes

Integration with tests of multiple detailed at https://angular.io/docs/ts/latest/tutorial/toh-pt2.html. The new component have been added by `ng g c hero-detail` and some refactor was done to relocate the `class Hero`.
