Release v0.1.0, PyPI, __version__, examples URLs

First release in PyPI!

The description below is about this commit, not the release:

- Add a __version__ in the pyscanprev module and an AST-based getter
  in the setup.py script to retrieve the pyscanprev.__version__ value
- Convert the examples URLs from relative to absolute in the setup.py
  script long description metadata, so each example link in the
  project page on PyPI targets its URL on GitHub
- Include installation instructions for downloading PyScanPrev from
  PyPI with pip
- Include the examples in the source distribution
- Remove MANIFEST.in from itself (it's still included in the source
  distribution)
- Replace http by https in the URL
- Update the development status to alpha
