Quizmaster sees and corrects Team Answers (#19)

* Write acceptance test for viewing answer correction page

* Show correct button after question has been sent

* Add routing and view for correct answers page

* Display answers on correct answer page

* Use each_with_index on answers array

* Add quiz to team creation in cucumber

* Finally get the damn routing to the right failed test

* Added images for right and wrong

* WIP def mark answer in quizzes controller

* Check box marks answer as correct

* Check for a second team's set of correct answers

* Add remote:true to right and wrong buttons

* Finally get the 'undo' button working

* Give up on that failing tesT

* Fix failing cuke tests with team associated with quiz

* Add styling to undo button

* Add 'Back to Questions' button on answer page

* Add acceptance test for back button

* Create helper paths for answers functions

* Refactor to use route helpers on question show page

* Refactor to use factorygirl
