Commit Message

* Changed ntlm dependency to one that support NTLMv2 auth and other NTLM features
* Adding in the ability to let libraries calling requests_ntlm to encrypt and decrypt messages using NTLM signing and sealing
* Added support for Channel Binding Tokens when authenticating
* Updated the tests to match Microsoft documentation
* Updated readme and setup.py to reflect these changes
