Commit Message

Building out the ability to serialize lazy loaded entity associations.  Both lazy loaded entities returned from UnitOfWork annotated resource methods and those returned from annotated non-resource methods can be serialized.  I've created an AbstractIntegrationTest utility class to encapsulate common integration test bootstrapping.  Pre-existing integration tests have been refactored to extend this new class.
