* adds create shopping cart spec
* adds json response to create action
* Added the dish id and refactored the test
* Created a test for updating, added a put route
* added an expectation
* added second dish to cart in put request, jbuilded api response
* Refactor spec test
* Error handling for invalid dish ID
* Refactor spec test for shopping cart api
* Adjust carts jbuilder to send real dish id to api
* Take out hard-coded number from carts api spec test
* Remove cart id param from api call
* Fix up formatting problems
