Add another LTI IIR filter example (State-space)

That's a IIR filter defined by a difference equation (classic
approach) and converted to a state-space model (modern approach)

The convertion is done using the Z Transform, as the parallel model
(i.e., the sum of filters) can be easily written as a state-space
model when written back as difference equations

There's also a comparison with the AudioLazy result, to show that
the resulting matrices and simulation are correct

Also:
- Update the former "IIR Filter" example name to be explicit that it
  just includes a simple single pole lowpass filter
- Add a link on iir-filter.rst and state-space.rst to go from one to
  the other, as both includes a LTI IIR filtering example
