SC: Fix missing .po entries for Zodiac/LS names

The context is not taken from that defined for the names of Zodiac/LS
entries, instead it's taken from the system name itself. This way, e.g.
the different "Lunar Mansion" strings for the Chinese sky cultures by
default share the same contextless .po entry, while there is still a
possibility to split one off to give it a separate entry with a context.

Fixes #5182.
