perf(solid): context provider drops its own root (#4707)

* perf(solid): drop the provider's own root

A context provider ran createRoot + setContext + children(): an owner,
a bound dispose function, two memos and a toArray closure. The value now
goes on the two memos directly, set on each one's first pass, so the
root, its bound dispose and the toArray closure are gone. Both memos stay:
the inner one isolates the children getter so a nested accessor change
does not re-create children, and the outer flattens function children
inside the context. Server and client change together, so hydration ids
stay in parity.

* test(web): re-record hydration artifacts for the provider's shorter ids

The provider no longer takes an id slot, so hydration keys under a
provider lose one digit. Server and client move together; the hydrate
suite passes.
