fix(cli): enforce exact args on minder auth commands (#7085)

Enforce cobra.NoArgs on minder auth subcommands (login, logout, whoami,
token, delete) to prevent execution with unrecognized positional arguments
and surface standard Cobra usage errors.

Also add unit tests verifying that unrecognized arguments are properly
rejected across all auth subcommands.
