* feat(aggregation-layers): prepare pluggable GPUVector aggregators

* refactor(aggregation-layers): accept aggregator instances directly

* fix(aggregation-layers): address custom aggregator review findings

* fix(aggregation-layers): project explicit bounds into custom views

* drop unnecessary condition

* Skip CPU aggregators for shader-only updates

* Exclude CPU aggregation from extension attribute invalidation

* Refresh GPU column bins after transform and projection changes

* Preserve source projection settings for GPU aggregation columns
