feat: send a PKCE-style code challenge and verifier when connecting ORCID at sign-up

The sign-up form creates a random code verifier, keeps it in sessionStorage,
sends its SHA-256 challenge when starting the ORCID connection and the
verifier when ORCID redirects back, so the ORCID response can only be used
by the browser that started it.
