Commit Message

Move Bookshelf to peerDependencies since the plugin expects it
to be present but doesn't itself directly require it. Move it
to devDependencies for sake of running tests. We'll assume that
any version of Bookshelf greater than or equal to v0.9.4, which
is what the plugin was initially developed for, and less than v1,
will work with the plugin--following semver and npm's
recommendation (https://nodejs.org/en/blog/npm/peer-dependencies/).
If we ever find a Bookshelf version less than v1 that breaks the
plugin, we will update peerDependencies and/or the plugin
accordingly.
